Man Stabbed In The Head In Queens, Police Say

QUEENS, NY — A 19-year-old man was stabbed in the head near a Queens McDonald's Wednesday morning, police said.

The stabbing happened at 54-04 Myrtle Ave. in Ridgewood around 10:45 a.m., police said.

The stabbing was first reported by PIX11.

The victim was transported to a local hospital for his injuries and is expected to survive.

What led up to the incident is not known at this time. No arrests have been made.

A description of a possible suspect was not readily available.

An investigation remains ongoing.
