Men Steal SUV From Woodside Parking Lot: NYPD

A man sleeping in the back of a car parked in a Woodside lot woke up to two men forcing him to get out as they proceeded to steal the car.

Two men entered the car parked at 60-31 Avenue, woke up the 22-year-old, and told him to get out of the SUV while they pointed a firearm at him, the NYPD said.

QUEENS – A man sleeping in the back of a car parked in a Woodside lot woke up to two men forcing him to get out as they proceeded to steal the vehicle, according to police.

A 50-year-old man parked a white 2018 Nissan Rouge in a parking lot on Monday about 6 a.m., exited the car, and left it running with a 22-year-old man sleeping in the back of the vehicle, authorities said.

Shortly after, two men entered the car parked at 60-31 Avenue, woke up the 22-year-old, and told him to get out of the SUV while they pointed a firearm at him, the NYPD said.

He exited the car and the gunmen drove away with the vehicle, which has still not been recovered, according to police.

There were no injuries, authorities said.

On Wednesday, police released footage that shows the two men entering the car and the 22-year-old forcibly exiting the vehicle.
