Missing Queens Girls Return After Leaving Note Saying They Ran Away: NYPD
The 10 and 11-year-old girls left a note saying they were headed to Central Park, police said.

BAYSIDE, QUEENS – A pair of friends who ran away to Central Park have returned safely to their homes in Queens, according to police.
Sofia Cadena, 10, and Clare Kim, 11, vanished from their Bayside homes around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, said police.

The two girls left behind a note saying they were running away to Central Park, but it was not immediately clear where the two girls disappeared to, said police.
Police said Cadena and Kim returned home to their families unharmed around 11 a.m. and that neither girl had ever run away before.
