Motorcyclist Falls Off Queens Bridge After Out-Of-Control Crash: NYPD

QUEENS, NY — A motorcyclist lost control of his bike and fell off a Queens bridge Wednesday evening, police said.

The 35-year-old man was riding his motorcycle onto the Cross Bay Veterans Memorial Bridge around 7:30 p.m. when he lost control, crashed and fell from the bridge onto the intersection below, police said.

The victim was found near Beach Channel Drive and Beach 92nd St., police said.

The motorcyclist was transported to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, in critical condition, police said.
