Pedestrian Fatally Struck By Vehicle While Waking On NYC Street
The 66-year-old was struck at Seaview Avenue and Rockaway Parkway, police said.

QUEENS, NY — A 66-year-old Queens man was struck and killed by a driver while he walked on a Brooklyn street this past weekend, police announced.
The incident happened on Friday at Seaview Avenue and Rockaway Parkway around 7:26 p.m., police said.
Claude Blair was crossing Seaview Avenue when he was struck by a 2022 Toyota Rav4 who was travelling eastbound on the avenue, police said.

The victim was transported to Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead.
The 69-year-old driver of the Toyota SUV remained at the scene, police said.
