Pregnant Woman Punched In Face During Unprovoked Subway Attack
The NYPD released surveillance images of the suspect on Wednesday.

QUEENS, NY — Police are searching for a man who punched a 37-year-old pregnant woman in the face by a stranger inside a New York City subway train last week.
The incident happened on Feb. 25 inside a southbound J train at the Jamaica Center–Parsons/Archer station, police said.
The suspect is accused of walking up to the woman and punching her, causing laceration, bruises, and pain to the right eye. The victim was not hospitalized.

The 37-year-old woman is believed to be seven months pregnant, according to NBC New York and PIX11 reports.
The man fled the scene after the unprovoked attack.

The suspect was last seen wearing a black coat, blue jeans, and black and white shoes, police said.
