QUEENS, NY — A Queens man already accused of dumping his brother's body in a garbage bag now faces fresh charges in what authorities believe was a double family murder, according to police and reports.

Roscoe Danielson, 40, faces two murder counts after authorities deemed the deaths of his brother Kyle Danielson, 31, and mother Cheryl Myrick, 58, homicides, the New York Daily News reported.

The younger Danielson was found dead with a puncture wound in his back and stuffed in a garbage bag July 5 along 104th Street in North Corona, police said.
