A Queens pedestrian died overnight Tuesday after an SUV driver barreled into him in Flushing, then turned around and raced off.

FLUSHING, QUEENS — A Queens pedestrian died overnight Tuesday after an SUV driver barreled into him in Flushing, then turned around and raced off, police said.

Jackson Heights resident Justin Leiva, 29, was crossing College Point Boulevard at the intersection of Booth Memorial Avenue just before 2 a.m. Tuesday when an SUV driver heading south on College Point crashed into him, according to police.

The SUV driver made a U-turn and drove off, police said.

By the time first responders found him, Leiva had died.

Police haven't arrested anyone for the crash but are still investigating.
