Queens Man Left Slain In Garbage Bag ID'd, Man Arrested: NYPD

QUEENS — A man was arrested after the killing of one of his family members who was found inside a garbage bag on Wednesday, as well as a 58-year-old woman who was found dead at their home in North Corona, police said.

Kyle Danielson, who lived with Roscoe, was found dead inside a garbage bag in the back of a building on 104th Street Wednesday afternoon, the NYPD said.

Kyle, 31, was found with a punctured wound in the back, cops said.
Police went to Kyle's home Thursday, and a 58-year-old woman was found dead with injuries in her torso about 2:30 a.m., according to authorities.

Roscoe was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, concealment of a human corpse, and acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17 years old, police said.
The investigation remains ongoing.
