Queens Man Struck By Wooden Board, Dies, In Corona: NYPD
Esvin Vasquez, 23, was fighting with a group of men that later struck Vasquez in the head with a wooden board, police said.

QUEENS – A Long Island City man died Sunday after several men attacked him with a wooden board in Corona, police said.
Esvin Vasquez, 23, was fighting with a group of men that later struck Vasquez in the head with a wooden board at 43-15 Junction Boulevard about 2 a.m., the NYPD said.
After the men fled, Vasquez was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/ Elmhurst, where he was pronounced dead, authorities said.
