Queens Men Arrested After Seize Of 1K Pounds Of Marihuana: Prosecutor
Five men from Queens were arrested in New Jersey after authorities found over 1,000 pounds of marihuana in Fort Lee, prosecutors said.
QUEENS — Five men from Queens were arrested in New Jersey after authorities found over 1,000 pounds of marihuana inside vehicles and a storage facility, prosecutors in the Garden State said.
Jingru Chen, 29, Fenglei Fan, 35, Lifan Feng, 21, XingXiang Gao, 27, Weiqi Wu, 25, were arrested after a New Jersey narcotics task force found 1,100 pounds of marijuana and over 50 pounds of THC edibles inside four vehicles and a storage unit in Fort Lee on Tuesday, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.
According to the charges, the Queens men were “involved in the distribution of bulk shipments of illegal marijuana taking place in and around Fort Lee, NJ.”

Chen, Fan, Feng, Gao, and Wu were charged with possession with the intent to distribute marijuana and possession with the intent to distribute hashish, prosecutors said.
Chen and Fan resided in Whitestone; Feng and Gao in Flushing; and Wu in Kew Gardens Hills.
