Queens Substitute Teacher Sexually Harassed Girl, 14: Police, Report

QUEENS, NY — A Queens substitute teacher who told a 14-year-old girl that he'd make her "have sex" with him has been arrested, according to police and a report.
Jasskirat Saini, 27, placed his hand on the teen's thigh inside a Jamaica high school last week, where he worked as a substitute teacher, the New York Daily News first reported.
"If I were a student I would make you fall in love with me and have sex with me," Saini told her, a police source told the Daily News.

The girl, 14, told authorities and NYPD officers arrested the off-duty Saini Monday, police said.
Saini appeared in court Tuesday for arraignment on child endangerment and harassment, records show.
