Queens Weekend Bridge And Street Closures For July 15-16
The Greenpoint Avenue Bridge, Ed Koch Queensboro Bridge and 243rd Street will be affected this weekend.

QUEENS, NY — Getting ready for the weekend? Patch shares a list of street, lane and other closures from the NYC Department of Transportation in Queens to help you navigate your neighborhoods for July 15 through July 16.
Greenpoint Avenue Bridge
One of two eastbound (Queens-bound) lanes will be closed 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on July 15 to facilitate Department of Transportation-led bridge repairs over Newtown Creek.

243rd Street
This street, between Caney and Mayda Roads, will be closed July 15 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. for the DOT’s Weekend Walks, a street festival in Rosedale.

Ed Koch Queensboro Bridge
One of two lanes on the 58th Street entrance ramp to the South Upper Roadway to Queens will be closed Saturdays and Sundays through October 2017 from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. while the DOT facilitates bridge component rehabilitation on the 58th Street entrance ramp deck.
