Weekend Bridge And Street Closures In Queens For July 22-23
Areas of Northern Boulevard, Myrtle Avenue and the Queensboro Bridge will be affected this weekend.

QUEENS, NY — Planning for the weekend? Patch shares a list of street, lane and other closures in Queens from the NYC Department of Transportation to help navigate your neighborhoods July 22 through July 23.
Northern Boulevard

- Northern Boulevard, between 69th and 87th Streets, will be closed July 23 from noon to 3 p.m. for the Colombian Parade, as permitted by the NYPD.
- 87th Street, between Northern Boulevard and 32nd Avenue, will also be closed for the Colombian Parade from noon to 3 p.m. on July 23.
- Parade dispersal is on 69th Street between 35th Avenue and Northern Boulevard.
Myrtle Avenue
- Myrtle Avenue, between Fresh Pond Road and Forest Avenue, will be closed July 23, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., for the Myrtle Avenue Festival, as permitted by Mayor de Blasio’s Street Activity Permit Office (SAPO).
Ed Koch (Queensboro) Bridge

- At the 58th Street entrance ramp, one of two lanes to the south upper roadway to Queens will be closed Saturdays and Sundays, 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., through October 2017 in order to facilitate NYCDOT bridge component rehabilitation work.
