QUEENS, NY — An East Flatbush man was arrested Tuesday after he knocked out a mother walking with her son in Ozone Park Monday afternoon, police said.
Derrick Chrise, 57, allegedly approached the 35-year-old mom, who was out with her 4-year-old, and demanded her property in front of 94-20 84th St. around 2 p.m., the NYPD said.
He then punched her in the face, head, chest and back — knocking her unconscious — took her purse and fled west on 84th Street, police said.
