Skeletal Remains Found In Queens Believed To Be Of Man Missing For 4 Years

The city's medical examiner will determine the official cause of death

NEW YORK CITY — Skeletal remains found in a wooded area in Queens on Monday have been possibly identified.

Police believe the remains are from Richard Albright, 69, whose wallet was found nearby the scene. He has been missing since October 2021.

Albright's wife confirmed the development in an interview with PIX11 News.

The remains were found near 134-01 20th Avenue in College Point around 4 p.m. on Monday.
