QUEENS, NY -- It's St. Patrick's Day weekend, and there will be no shortages of holiday festivities right here in Queens.
Whether you salsa through St. Paddy's Day or down a Guiness at some of the borough's authentic Irish bars, there are plenty of ways to celebrate.

NYC Dessert Fest
Neighborhood: Long Island City
What: NYC's fourth annual "Dessert Goals" features more than 20 citywide sweet treat vendors, some of which are serving up desserts just for the festival. When you come up for air from stuffing your face with sugar, you can take photos in the festival's "Instagram Garden" or cleanse your palette at the savory Salt Bar. Tickets start at $17.

The Real St. Patrick's Day Pub Crawl
Neighborhood: Astoria
What: Celebrate Saint Patrick by enjoying a Guiness at four bars owned and operated by Irish immigrants.
Where: Tour start's at Veronica's Bar, 34-04 36 Ave.
When: Saturday, 8:30-11 p.m.
St. Patrick's Day Salsa Party
Neighborhood: Astoria
What: Put on your best green garb and get your salsa on in a day-drinking experience like no other. Entrance costs $5.
Where: Aztoria Cantina, 34-18 Steinway St.
When: Saturday, 3-7 p.m.
St. Paddy's Free Food And Whiskey
Neighborhood: Astoria
What: Get to this bar early to chow down on a traditional corned beef and cabbage spread. Slane Irish Whiskey will also be there to pass out free shots and swag from 6 to 8 p.m.

Indonesian Food Bazaar
Neighborhood: Elmhurst
What: Enjoy authentic Indonesian food from restaurants like Basko Super Philly, Dapur Ampera and Dapur Ci Alih.

When: Saturday, noon-5 p.m.
Hair Wars
Neighborhood: Long Island City
What: Admire a showcase of colorful fantasy hair pieces designed by international artists and hair entertainers. Tickets are $15 or $13 for MoMa members.

When: Sunday, 6:05-8 p.m.
Flushing Stop N' Swap
Neighborhood: Flushing
What: Bring in clean, portable and reusable items that you don't need and leave with something new. Find books, clothes, toys, houseware, electronics and more.

When: Sunday, noon-3 p.m.
Drag Queen Story Hour
Neighborhood: Ridgewood
What: Paradise will dress in her best drag attire to read stories, sing sings and make crafts with children ages 3-8.
