Teen Charged In Fatal Shooting Of Boy Getting Off MTA Bus, NYPD Says
According to police, the suspect and the victim got off the same MTA bus in Queens.
QUEENS, NY — A 16-year-old boy has been charged with murder in the killing of another 16-year-old boy who was fatally shot after getting off a New York City bus in March, police announced on Tuesday.
The boy has also been charged with criminal possession of a weapon.
The suspect is accused of shooting Sincere Jazmin in the chest before fleeing the scene near 171-42 Liberty Ave. in Queens, police said.

The NYPD released surveillance images of the suspect shortly after the incident, Patch previously reported.

Jazmin was transported to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead, Patch previously reported.
