Teen Charged With Murder, Fatally Stabbed Man In Neck: NYPD

Byron​ Lema-Naula was fatally stabbed in the neck, police said.

QUEENS, NY — A 16-year-old has been charged with second degree murder after he allegedly fatally stabbed a 24-year-old man in the neck in Queens on Sunday, police said.

The incident happened around 6:08 a.m. near 35th Avenue and 102nd Street.

Byron Lema-Naula was fatally stabbed following an apparent argument with the 16-year-old, police said.

The victim was taken to NYC Health and Hospitals/Elmhurst where he was pronounced dead.

The suspect has also been charged with criminal possession of a weapon, police said.
