QUEENS, NY — A 18-year-old boy has been charged in connection to fatally shooting another 18-year-old outside a McDonald's last week, police announced.
Rayvon Philip is facing second degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon charges, police said.
Last Friday, Phillip is accused of shooting Akim Cisse in the head following an argument outside the restaurant at 221-12 South Conduit Avenue, police said.

The victim was to Long Island Jewish Medical Center, where he was listed in critical condition.
