Two Men Rob Donation Box From Buddhist Temple In Elmhurst: Police
Police are searching for the two people that jumped over a fence to enter the Wat Buddha Thai Thavorn Varanam Temple on Jan. 7.

QUEENS — Two men robbed a donation box from a Buddhist temple in Elmhurst on Saturday, police reported.
Police are searching for the two people that jumped over a fence to enter the Wat Buddha Thai Thavorn Varanam Temple, located at located at 76-16 46th Avenue, and rob a donation box on Jan. 7 about 12:30 a.m., the NYPD said.
The men used bolt cutters to remove the donation box with an unknown amount of money, authorities said.

Police released images of the men on Wednesday.
