- A Queens man, convicted in December, has been sentenced to seven years in prison. Bently Butler led police on a high-speed chase while he drove drunk and high on the Southern State Parkway. Reaching 120 miles per hour, Butler ultimately drove into the center median, crashed, and tried to flee on foot. (Patch)

According to police, the suspect allegedly slashed a woman in the face inside the fast-food chain’s store early Wednesday and fled the scene.
