WATCH: Gunman Robs, Beats 65-Year-Old Queens Man For His Wallet
Shocking surveillance footage shows the thief point a gun at the man and throw him to the ground after following him into his home.
GLEN OAKS, QUEENS -- Police are searching for a thief caught on tape pulling a gun on and beating a 65-year-old man for his wallet after following the man back to his Queens home.
The disturbing footage the NYPD released Thursday shows the perp pointing a gun at the man's head in the entryway of his Glen Oaks home. The robbery happened just before 3 a.m. on April 21 after the perp followed the man to the house near 236 Street and East Williston Avenue, police said.
After the man tries to push the gunman out of his home, the gunman is shown throwing him to the ground and repeatedly punching him in the doorway.

The perp stole the man's wallet - including his two credit cards - and fled the scene in a gray minivan, driving south on 263 Street, police said.
Police described the thief as a 25-to-30-year-old man with a mustache and a goatee. He was last seen dressed in a dark hoodie, sweatpants and sneakers.
