Woman Found Dead On NYC Subway Train Over The Weekend

QUEENS, NY — A woman was found dead aboard a New York City subway train over the weekend, police said.

The unidentified woman is believed to be between the ages of 50 and 60 was found unresponsive on a northbound F train by the conductor after the train arrived at the 179th Street station in Jamaica on Jan. 18.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene by EMS.

The woman's identity has not been released as of Tuesday afternoon, police said.

The city's medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
