Police ID's Woman Killed In Double Stabbing Inside NYC Home
She was taken to a local hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.

QUEENS, NY — A woman fatally stabbed inside a Queens home on Thursday has been identified, police said on Friday.
Qiujin Shi, 50, was found stabbed multiple times inside 45-18 Smart St. in Flushing around 4 p.m. on Thursday. She was taken to a local hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.
Officers also found a 17-year-old boy who had suffered stab wounds.

The suspect, a 27-year-old man, allegedly set a fire in the house and was found by police with self-inflicted injuries. He was taken to a hospital in critical condition.
Five NYPD officers who responded to the house suffered minor injuries due to smoke inhalation.

The fire was put under control around 4:40 p.m.
Charges against the suspect are stil pending.
The relationship between the suspect and the two victims is unclear at this time.
A motive into the stabbing has not been determined. An investigation remains ongoing.
