Police: Break-in at Local Restaurant

A Main Street restaurant in Dobbs Ferry reported on Dec. 12 that someone had forced their way through the back door to steal money between 12:30 a.m. and 11:30 am.
The restaurant’s owner, a 36-year-old Rye man, say that $350 was stolen from the cash register that was pried open and that $50 was taken from his desk.
Nothing else was disturbed in the restaurant. Police are investigating the burglary.
