Dobbs Ferry Schools Share Early Dismissal Times

The Dobbs Ferry School District is implementing a new schedule this year that involves early dismissals each Wednesday.

In a district memo, the times for the dismissals were released. The early Wednesday dismissals begin on September 4:

K-2  — 1:40 p.m.

3-5 — 2:00 p.m.

6-12 — 2:05 p.m.

Superintendent Lisa Brady previously said the measure will allow teachers more time for lesson and curriculum planning, as well as faculty meetings and professional development.
