Greenburgh to air 22 living history interviews/stories with 22 survivors of 9-11 on cable & social media

Greenburgh to air 22 living history interviews of 9-11 survivors nonstop on local public access TV on Thursday 9/11. Ceremony to be held at AF Veteran Park Thursday.
Greenburgh will hold our annual 9-11 remembrance ceremony at the Gerard J. Byrne Center at AF Veteran Park on Thursday 9-11-2025 9:30am.
We will also air the 9-11 stories all day September 11.
The 9-11 stories will air on channel 1300 on Cablevision and 35 on FiOS. Shortly after 9-11 the town began a living history initiative. Currently, 22 interviews with survivors of 9-11, familyhave been produced.

The 9-11 living history initiative is one of a series of living history initiatives. Other living history interviews/videos produced by the town include 150 interviews withGreenburgh veterans of World War II and the Korean conflict and a series focusing on Holocaust and children of Holocaust survivors.
