Where/When: The First Reformed Church of Hastings on Saturday, Sept. 14 at 4 p.m.
Why go: For the third consecutive year, a benefit concert will raise funds for Hastings Helps the Hungry and The Sharing Community of Yonkers. Three-time Grammy winning bassist John Patitucci will lead his band in the evening of jazz. There will be a silent auction.

Where/When: Irvington Public Library on Sunday, Sept. 15 at 2 p.m.
Why go: Mark Morganelli will be joined by Paul Meyers for an afternoon of jazz at the library.

Where/When: Greenburgh Public Library on Sunday, Sept. 15 at 3 p.m.
