Marijuana, Oxycodone Arrest at College

The Greenburgh Drug and Alcohol Task Force arrested two individuals for allegedly being in possession of marijuana possession and prescription narcotics on Oct. 24 at Mercy College

A 21-year-old Elmsford female and a 22-year-old East Meadow man were allegedly found with dried flowers from the plant in open view to the public. The female was also allegedly in possession of a controlled substance believed to be oxycodone.

They were both charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree a misdemeanor, and she was also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, also a misdemeanor.

The two both posted $100 bail and are due back in court on Nov. 5.
