A Staten Island man faces a charge of Aggravated Harassment in the Second Degree in Hastings after police said he left a resident a threatening message.

The 39-year-old man was arrested the evening of August 28 following an investigation by the Hastings-on-Hudson detective division.

Police said that on July 4, the Staten Island resident had placed more than one call to a 48-year-old village man and told him, "I am going to f****** kill you."

He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance following the arrest.
