Sexually Explicit Letters Sent to Dobbs Ferry Women

A 44-year-old old Dobbs Ferry female reported receiving a sexually explicit letter from an unknown person. So, far three women total in Dobbs Ferry have reported receiving the same typed letter. Four letters were received total, though police didn’t specify what they said.
Women in Ardsley also reported receiving these letters in early October, and Dobbs Ferry Police said the incident has happened before a few years back.
Police are advising the public to touch the letters as little as possible if they are received, and to report them to police immediately.
