St. Christopher's Student Arrested for Contempt

A 16-year-old St. Christopher’s resident was arrested on Oct. 12 for criminal contempt in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor for allegedly violating an order of protection.

Another 16-year-old female student, who is a resident of Manhattan, claims that the arrested party allegedly approached her in a classroom at the Clark Academy and asked her if she reviewed a sexually explicit video on Oct. 11.

When the Manhattan resident said she wasn’t aware of the video the St. Christopher’s resident allegedly said “You’re going to get f-ed up if you tell people about the video.”

The Manhattan resident has an order of protection against the arrested party for a prior incident and also alleges that the St. Christopher’s resident tried to intimidate her by purposely bumping into her.
