Woman Arrested for Trespassing, False Impersonation

- A 25-year-old White Plains woman was arrested on Oct. 25 around 5:36 p.m. after allegedly banging on doors and causing a disturbance in a Broadway apartment building. Tasha Footman allegedly refused to identify herself and gave a police false name. She was charged with criminal trespassing in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor; and false impersonation, a class B misdemeanor. She was held at Westchester County Jail without bail.
- A 73-year-old Dobbs Ferry woman reported that a book bag was stolen out of her unlocked car in front of her home on Esterwood Avenue on Oct. 23. The bag contained schoolbooks and personal papers. The resident later reported that she found the bag a few days later in a wooded area near her property with everything inside.
- A 44-year-old Dobbs Ferry man reported that his windshield was smashed on his 2011 Chevy Malibu on Oct. 22 around 5:45 p.m. while it was parking in front of Walgrove Avenue.
