14-Year-Old Robbed in Baldwin

Three older teens robbed the victim Sunday evening in Coes Neck Park, cops said.

A teenage boy was robbed by three older teens in a Baldwin Park Sunday evening, according to Nassau County Police.

The 14-year-old victim was inside Coes Neck Park when he was approached by three males between 16 and 18 years old, cops said.

The trio forced the victim to the ground, took his cell phone, and fled through the park, police said. They were last seen heading south on Coes Neck Road, cops said.

The victim was only able to describe one of the boys as 5-foot-11 with a Caesar-style haircut and wearing a black t-shirt with red sleeves and beige camouflage shorts.

Detectives are asking anyone with information about the robbery to call Nassau County Police at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
