15-Year-Old Located After Being Reported Missing Monday: Police

HEMPSTEAD, NY. — A 15-year-old girl was located Tuesday night after being reported missing just before 10 a.m. Monday.

15-year-old Nechelle Rucker had last been seen Saturday at noon, Nassau County police said, describing Rucker as Black, standing 5-feet, 2-inches tall and weighing 120 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. Police said she was wearing a black and white sweater and blue jeans, with a possible destination of Rockville Centre.

Just before 7 p.m. Tuesday, however, police said the girl had been located.
