Oh Thursday, if you could only be Friday! Only one more day before it's smooth sailing to the weekend. So as you prepare to finish up your work week, let us tell you what you need to know today.

1. Find out which village business sat down with Patch for our weekly Business Q&A when it posts at 2 p.m.

3. Tonight's the senior prom for South Side High School. Patch will have a photographer taking pictures of the event, but if you take some of your own, submit them to Editor Anthony Bottan at anthony@patch.com, and we'll run them in our photo gallery!

4. There is a Village Board briefing session tonight at Village Hall at 7 p.m. Though public comment is not allowed, come down and find out what's on the board's agenda.
