LI Pastor Accused Of Forcibly Touching Man: Police

OCEANSIDE, NY — A pastor from Oceanside has been arrested for forcibly touching a man, Nassau police said.

Thomas Moriarty, 62, is accused of sexually abusing a 22-year-old victim early Saturday, police said.

Moriarty, a pastor by the Holy Spirit Church in New Hyde Park, is charged with forcible touching, police said. He was arraigned on Thursday at First District Court in Hempstead.
