May 17: Budget Vote, Help Wanted and Junior Carnival

It's Tuesday, which means there's only three more days until the weekend! Don't worry though, there's plenty going on today to get your mind off work, so get involved.  

1. Are you looking for a local job? Patch will post its guide to local employment opportunities in the village — Help Wanted: RVC is Hiring — at 10 a.m.

2. The South Side High School Junior class hosted its Junior Carnival at Hewitt Elementary School on Saturday. Watch our video package of the event when it posts this afternoon.

3. Want to know what's No. 85 on our 100 things to do in RVC? Find out when it posts at 2 p.m.

4. Get out and vote! Head down to South Side HS between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. to vote on the 2011-12 school budget, as well as two candidates running for school board seats.
