Members of the Sandel Senior Center Intergenerational Committee recently welcomed children from the Rockville Centre Family Development Center for an afternoon filled with fun activities.
Staff and seniors enjoyed helping the children decorate a pot for plants to bring home. They also took a tour of the grounds and learned how to care for their plants. The day was topped off with ice cream for all to enjoy.
