Rockville Centre Budget Passes in Landslide
Voters have decided on the proposed 2015-16 budget.

Rockville Centre residents approved the school district’s $107.08 million proposed budget on Tuesday 1,648-694 votes.
The budget includes a 3.82 percent increase in spending over the current year and carries a 2.79 percent tax levy increase.
Board of Education incumbents Liz Dion and Mark Masin ran unopposed and were re-elected with 1,747 and 1,508 votes, respectively, according to Newsday.
