Fire Breaks Out At Rye Playland, Witnesses Say
BREAKING: Photos and videos posted to social media showed there was a heavy fire at the playland.
RYE, NY — A fire has reportedly broken out at the Rye Playland, according to witness accounts on social media.
News 12 journalist Brónagh Tumulty reported from the scene that the fire appears to be out. The Rye Daily Voice reported that the fire started at around 4:15 p.m. though it is not clear what started the fire or whether there were any injuries.
Patch was not immediately able to reach the Rye Fire Department by phone. An email seeking information was not immediately returned.
