Harassment at Rye Y

A Rye woman stated that she was harassed in the parking lot of the Rye YMCA and that another person threatened to damage her vehicle on Feb. 14 at 10:15 a.m.

Larceny on Purchase Street

A larceny at 167 Purchase Street, Rye Eye Associates, was reported on Feb. 14 at 12:22 p.m. “Two bags were taken,” according to the police report.

 Deer Struck on BPR

A driver struck a deer with her car on Boston Post Road on Feb. 14 at 5:32 p.m. she told police. The car suffered damage to the front end of the driver’s side.

Stolen Package Reported

A Walnut Street resident reported that a package delivered to the front door of her apartment was stolen between 4 and 6 p.m. last week.
