Illegal Kayaking; Graffiti; Loose Dogs at Rye Town Park

Someone reported that people spray-painted the walls near the parking lot in Rye Town Park on May 12 at 6:40 a.m.  
Dogs off Leash A large amount of dogs off their leashes were reported to police on May 11 at 8:35 a.m. in Rye Town Park. Warnings were issued.  
Illegal Kayaking A kayaker was reported for being in the prohibited water at Rye Town Park on May 10 at 2:12 p.m. The kayaker was on his way out of the prohibited area when police arrived.
