Leaf Blower Violations Reported in Rye

Leaf blowers were reported in use before 10 a.m. on Fairway Ave on March 16 at 9:19 a.m.

Multiple leaf blowers were reported on Overdale Road on March 16 at 2:15 p.m . The responding police officer only saw one being used.

Multiple machines being operated on the same property on Purchase Street were reported on March 18 at 8:56 a.m. The landscaper was advised of the city code.

Multiple Leaf Blowers being used on Brevoort Lane were reported on March 14 at 3:04 p.m.

Multiple machines being operated on the same property near Greenhaven Road and Overdale Road was reported to police on March 18 at 9:23 a.m. Police observed one blower in use.
