Manhattan Man Charged With Driving a Snowplow While Drunk
John Zellman, of Manhattan, is accused of stealing a county snowplow and driving it while intoxicated.

John Zellman, of Manhattan, decided to drunkenly take a county snow plow for a spin in White Plains Monday afternoon, Westchester County police said. The 43-year old is accused of stealing a county snow plow near the White Plains transit center, and driving it while drunk.
He has been charged with three class E felonies—fourth degree grand larceny, criminal possession of stolen property, aggravated unlicensed operation—and driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He is expected to appear in White Plains City Court Tuesday.
