Police Help Drunk Hitchhiker Find Cab Home

A person was reported as suspicious for being very intoxicated and trying to hitchhike in front of City Hall on July 13 at 10:04 p.m. Police responded and found a 35-year-old man standing by the police booth near city hall who said he was coming from town and walking to his grandparents in Mamaroneck. Police put him in a cab without incident.

EMS Treat Drunk Man at Station Plaza

EMS responded to a report of an intoxicated man who fell and was unable to stand without assistance on July 16 at 10:16 p.m. at Station Plaza and First Street.

A Rye Beach security guard reported two intoxicated women were on the beach causing a problem on July 12 at 12:56 p.m.
