Rye Parking Lot Renovation Expected To Be Complete By Labor Day

The project involves the installation of bioretention facilities to treat stormwater runoff prior to entering the Blind Brook.

Work to Begin July 29th

The City of Rye will renovate Car Park 1 (the lot behind Ruby's and the Country Store). Work will occur Monday to Friday 7 am to 5 pm with completion expected by Labor Day. Updates regarding the progress will be available on the City App and website.

Deliveries will be coordinated with construction and may be routed to adjacent street during certain phases of construction. Deliveries will be allowed on Purchase Street between midnight and 7 am. Rye Police will manage truck flow on delivery days.

No double parking, parking by hydrants, or handicapped parking without a placard will be tolerated.
