The City of Rye is hosting a Blood Drive with the New York Blood Center on July 15th from 10 am to 2:30 pm in Rye City Hall. If you are able to donate, join us during this blood emergency to make a difference.
Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins allowed if space permits.

Donating blood is safe and convenient when you are:
·In good health -
17 years or older (16 with a parent or guardian’s written consent and 76+ with physician consent)
Weigh at least 110 pounds (Donors aged 16-18 have additional height and weight restrictions)
Antibiotics (except antibiotics for acne) if taken for infection, are accepted after the last dose provided the donor meets all other criteria.
Symptom-free for at least 72 hours following cold or flu.
Some medical conditions/medications, recent tattoos, piercings, or travel may impact eligibility. Learn more about common reasons people can’t donate.
