SoulCycle Will Keep Pedaling Along At Rye Ridge Plaza

RYE BROOK, NY — The shopping center in Westchester that has built a reputation as a destination for unique boutique, beauty, health and fitness options is keeping that reputation in racing form with a popular studio staying stationary for the foreseeable future.

The Rye Ridge Shopping Center, Plaza and South has announced that they have reached an agreement with SoulCycle to extend their term.

SoulCycle has been in business at Rye Ridge Plaza since August of 2013.

Co-founded by Elizabeth Cutler and Julie Rice, SoulCycle opened its first location on NYC's Upper West Side in April 2006 and has since opened more than 99 studios across the U.S., Canada and the U.K.

SoulCycle Rye Ridge, the brand's 21st location nationwide, is a 47-bike studio, featuring men’s and women’s locker rooms and showers, a custom SoulCycle Listening Bar, a signature SoulCycle Polaroid Wall and a retail boutique.

The studio features a 45-minute indoor cycling class with high-intensity cardio, muscle-sculpting strength training, and rhythm-based choreography. The company says that "it's a powerful mind-body experience. We ride together as a pack in candlelit studios to the rhythm of one-of-a-kind playlists. We're coached by magnetic instructors, who support us, coach us and push us to reach our personal bests. We sweat, reach, and recover, together."

SoulCycle follows YogaFreak and SLT in recently inked renewals of boutique fitness at the shopping center.
